Sovereigns or Slaves??

Our Democratic System consists of three missionaries such as Legislature, Judiciary and Executives who are about to render service to the people who are the SOVEREIGNS of our country. People who are associated with those missionaries are only “SERVANTS” and not Masters but the real Masters are the common people of our Country. It is not my opinion; the Constitution of India says so.  My personal experience in my entire life reveals, by and large the people of our country are treated as “SLAVES” by the said missionaries posing them as Masters by misusing their power. I could boldly say that 80% to 90% of the officials in those missionaries are corrupt. In my own experience it is 100% for which I could produce substantive evidence.

It is a very simple phenomenon; knowingly or unknowingly the politicians are elected by the people of India that too by so many people who are down trodden, uneducated and ignorant of their power. Still 95% of our people in our country are ignorant of our Constitutional rights. The people, who are aware of our Constitution and the rights of our people, are the Legislature, Judiciary and the Executives.  But for some reason or other they do not want to disclose the same or to make the people aware for the reason best known to them. These politicians elect the President and the election of the President is though an indirect process. One could judge the President even before the election and the result been declared by the Election Commission, because the political parties which have majority of members in the Parliament and the Legislative Assemblies could only elect the President.  So, by declaring the support to a particular person by a political party or the parties, one could easily predict that the particular person would be the President. It is a well known fact that the sitting President was given a warm welcome at Chennai by the present government even before she been elected as President of our Country. Though the President has powers, he/she doesn’t exercise the same in many times. He is the first citizen of our country who is supposed to look after the welfare of our Country and the people of our Country. But many times the Presidents fail to take stringent action against any erring missionaries who commit mistakes due to gross negligence or with ulterior intention.

The President must be the direct representative of each and every citizen of our country. But as the President is at the mercy of the elected members, it will be of no use if any citizen approaches the President to stabilize our Democratic Rights. So, think twice…………
