Sovereigns or Slaves??

Our Democratic System consists of three missionaries such as Legislature, Judiciary and Executives who are about to render service to the people who are the SOVEREIGNS of our country. People who are associated with those missionaries are only “SERVANTS” and not Masters but the real Masters are the common people of our Country. It is not my opinion; the Constitution of India says so.  My personal experience in my entire life reveals, by and large the people of our country are treated as “SLAVES” by the said missionaries posing them as Masters by misusing their power. I could boldly say that 80% to 90% of the officials in those missionaries are corrupt. In my own experience it is 100% for which I could produce substantive evidence.

It is a very simple phenomenon; knowingly or unknowingly the politicians are elected by the people of India that too by so many people who are down trodden, uneducated and ignorant of their power. Still 95% of our people in our country are ignorant of our Constitutional rights. The people, who are aware of our Constitution and the rights of our people, are the Legislature, Judiciary and the Executives.  But for some reason or other they do not want to disclose the same or to make the people aware for the reason best known to them. These politicians elect the President and the election of the President is though an indirect process. One could judge the President even before the election and the result been declared by the Election Commission, because the political parties which have majority of members in the Parliament and the Legislative Assemblies could only elect the President.  So, by declaring the support to a particular person by a political party or the parties, one could easily predict that the particular person would be the President. It is a well known fact that the sitting President was given a warm welcome at Chennai by the present government even before she been elected as President of our Country. Though the President has powers, he/she doesn’t exercise the same in many times. He is the first citizen of our country who is supposed to look after the welfare of our Country and the people of our Country. But many times the Presidents fail to take stringent action against any erring missionaries who commit mistakes due to gross negligence or with ulterior intention.

The President must be the direct representative of each and every citizen of our country. But as the President is at the mercy of the elected members, it will be of no use if any citizen approaches the President to stabilize our Democratic Rights. So, think twice…………

HIGH TIME TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY FROM “FALSE DEMOCRACY”

MOST OF ALL THE THREE MISSIONARIES (LEGISLATURE, JUDICIARY AND EXECUTIVES) ARE CORRUPT TO THE CORE:

People of all Democratic Countries should wake up to save their respective countries from the above said corrupt missionaries. In fact they all have colluded themselves and have been looting the wealth of the country. They treat the people, who are the real sovereigns of a Democratic country, as slaves though these missionaries are Servants to the people. They suppress and assert the people to be silent observers and should get what they provide and no one should question them. If any common man questions he will be either threatened or beaten to death by engaging gangsters or rowdies.

You will astonish to look into the fact that the Constitution of India clearly states “Opportunity should be given to all”. Article 14 states that all are equal and there shouldn’t be any discrepancies. But what has been happening in the politics just short of a decade after Independence. The wards of the politicians are brought to politics invariably in all political parties both National and the Regional parties from a Councilor to the Member of Parliament of our Country and force the people to accept it. Do you think it is Democracy? No……. Then what is the difference between the present so called Democratic rule and the King’s or the Emperor’s rule. In the Emperor’s rule only, the heirs of the emperor succeed him. Now, it is the cunning practice of some political leaders who own a political party as his own family trust property and retaining the leadership of the concerned political party, stating that he has been continuously elected as the President or the General Secretary of a political party in a Democratic way for decades. This is an utter falsehood and the real fact is that none other than the top political leaders could contest in the party election as the President or the General Secretary of any political party. In fact it is the asset of the families of the top political leaders of all parties.

In a Democratic country, the utmost aim is to protect the rights of the people and their welfare. Also if any movement either a political party or any organization is incorporated, the Democratic procedure should be followed and no one should be allowed to continue as an office bearer for a second term for the reason that there is every possibility of misuse of powers. As such no politician of any political party should be allowed to continue for another term in any post from the Councilor to the First Citizen. Because these posts are vulnerable and they handle a huge amount of public money and so it is a sensitive post in which no one should be allowed for a second term.  Needless to say that from a councilor to the first citizen if you assess the wealth of their family and their close friends, it will run to several crores of rupees and most of them are having political background. A common man who is educated and honest cannot enter into politics because a set of people, who are uneducated, blindly believe the false words of the political leaders and most of them are their fans for their linguistic ability and the mesmerizing speech.

It is the duty of the First Citizen, the President of a Democratic country to protect the welfare of the people and to sustain real Democracy by which maximum no. of people should be given opportunity. But in our country, the President and the State Governors are at the mercy of the ruling political party or parties and hence they ignore the people and become selfish enjoying the lucrative benefits of the Government. The President is nominated and elected by the political parties or its allies who have majority members in the house of Parliament or the Legislative Assembly. Though it is stated that the President of our country is indirectly elected, it is very much obvious to ascertain the result of the Presidential election. So, the President or the Governors will always adhere to the ruling political party/parties who have elected him as President by compromising certain complicated matters in favour of the politicians. If any irregularities with substantive evidences about the politicians are brought to the knowledge of the President or the State Governors, they simply ignore the same and leave the common man without proper reply or action though he is bound to adhere to the fellow citizens at the interest of Democracy.

So, the present Democratic system of electing the President will not fetch fruits to the general public. Like that the President in tern appoints the Chief Justice of Supreme Court under the advice of the Government that consists of the politicians. No one could forget the delay in appointing 17 Judges in the Madras High Court in the regime of the previous Government for the reason that the political allies could not reach into a conclusion of sharing the posts among them for their own choices. Then how can a common man expect justice from the Judicial Officers who are at the mercy of the politicians.

As far as the Executives are concerned, needless to say the politicians appoint people as executives who are trust worthy to them and to guide them to amaze wealth. The Election Commission should function independently and also directly under the control of the President concentrating on the welfare and the rights of the citizens. The Chief Election Commissioner is also appointed by the politicians and he will also be favouring them. It was Mr.T.N. Seshan the then Chief Election Commissioner who implemented so many restrictions to the politicians and made awareness to the general public about their privileges and rights as voters. For the only reason all political parties joint their hands and played a mischievous role to curtail his power by appointing two more Election Commissioners so as to protect their own interest. So, people should think it over how the political parties play their role.   No one else has modified, suggested or regulated the activities of the political parties remarkably till date.

So, in order to save our Country, the following changes must be brought to our Constitution:

  1. No one should be allowed to hold the post of The President, Governor, MP, MLA, Councilor etc. for more than one term.
  2. None of the family members of the above said persons should be allowed for another two terms.
  3. The President and the Governors should be elected directly by the people.
  4. A high level body consisting of various fields should be formed to restrict the wrong doing of the elected members and other Public servants.
  5. People should have the right to recall any elected member or other public servants, if anyone is found guilty or inactive.
  6. If any criminal charges are pending against a person he should not be allowed to contest in any election.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Translations available in: English (original) | German

If you think deeply, you can understand the people around the world are ignorant of the present situation in the Globe. They are after the luxurious durables and they just forget the basic needs of a man to live in the earth. The water has already become scarce, oil substance is about to close in 2 or 3 decades, the oxygen in the atmosphere has contaminated with carbon monoxide, the Ozone layer has been punctured and the Global warming is increasing day by day leading to various natural disasters and climate changes. I never heard about a Tsunami or an Earthquake a decade back. But now almost once in 3 months we happen to hear about an Earthquake and or Tsunami somewhere in the Globe. Just think about it. ”Haiti” is the best example and the WARNING SIGNAL to the people around the Globe. It is nothing but an ecological imbalance being imposed on earth. The politicians around the globe are not so serious to improve the environment by taking some stern steps to educate people and regulate the development in various fields that are ruining the basic needs of the mankind. This is because of the greediness of the politicians to stick on to their chairs for ever by compromising grave developments to the mankind by exploiting the uneducated and supporting the unwanted elements for obtaining votes and other amazing benefits. Every day a new model Car, Bike, Medium and Heavy Goods carrying Trucks etc. are coming to the market and many new models are yet to come to the market soon. These Motor vehicles are brought to the market by various Automobile manufacturing companies. It is evident that almost 75 percent people possess any one of the above said vehicle either for their own usage or for their profession. Is it so necessary now for the human being to have such a large number of vehicles that are flooded in to the roads making congestion everywhere and polluting a lot thereby driving the living beings to suffer difficulties and various diseases? It is common to see that one or two persons go in a mid size car and many people possess two or more cars for a family of 3 to 6 persons. The middle class people now possess a four wheeler and a two wheeler for their different usage. Mainly in the cities and towns people use to go by the bike instead of cars as there is an acute parking problem. It is nowadays become a social status to have a car and the Automobile manufacturers utilize this attitude of the people to grab their business opportunities and making good money. We use to read in the news papers that various companies pose themselves as the record profit earner in every quarter. May be they are growing …….. and what about our atmosphere and the environment?? We are extracting the maximum possible from the earth to live a sophisticated life leaving behind our younger generation and the generation which is about to come into existence in the globe without resources. None of the Governments take it as a serious matter as they pose that they have brought so many career opportunities to the people. Even if we accept it, does it really a necessity to flood too many vehicles which are more surplus to commute people at present? It should be regulated and the production of more vehicles should be stopped with immediate effect. Please use public vehicles and share your vehicles with neighbors and friends while commuting. Many countries have already advised their citizens to adopt this measure. No one can survive on the earth with luxurious things unless you have clean air, water, proper sanitation, food, shelter and pure environment. NO DEVELOPMENT AND SOFISTICATION IS NEEDED BY RUINING THE NATURE AND THE ELEMENTS WHICH ARE BASICALLY NECESSARY FOR THE LIVING THINGS AROUND THE GLOBE TO LIVE AND LEAD A PEACEFUL AND HEALTHY LIFE. SO BEWARE OF UN-SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTS AND GIVE YOUR VOICE TO PUT AN END TO IT FOR THE SAKE OF MANKIND.

VALENTINE (FRIENDLY) DAY
About this commitment: VALENTINE(FRIENDLY) DAY

Valentine Day is fast approaching…. The people who celebrate the valentine day should bear in mind that it is celebrated for its rich values and sentiments. Nowadays, it has become a celebrity that a boy and a girl or a man and a woman should spend some time in a romantic manner together for a temporary enjoyment and a time pass…… It is not so. The very purpose of the day being celebrated is to understand each other and to share not only their love and affection but also their pleasures and displeasures. It is the day which sooths the ailing pair and to put him/her back to the normal main stream of life………. for life is full of ups and downs with pleasure and sorrowness.

Ofcourse, one can share his/her sufferings with someone. But if it is shared with a loved one the quantum of relief is much more than that of sharing with someone who is not so close. So, people normally succumb to love with opposite gender at the adolescent age and fall in love. They never know that it is nothing but an attraction and an immatured love. Many pairs do not get along with the relationship for even 2 or 3 years. Most of the pairs just get separated as they happen to meet and mingle with many people in the coming years when they go for a higher study or for a job. The new atmosphere changes them immensely by their attitude and life style. So, the Valentine day is celebrated for fun and enjoyment only and not for any sentiments.

It is a day purely for encouraging friendship and nothing but friendship. As I told earlier any thing could be shared with a friend in deed as some matters could not even be shared with the Lover, Love, Better half and other relations. So, I feel that the Valentine Day is exclusively been marked for friends and friendship only which never fails.

So, celebrate it friendly. Wish you all a HAPPY DAY in advance.
